TIENAHEALTH Medical Group provides high quality primary healthcare to patients. Located in front of Las Colinas Medical Center in Irving Texas, the TIENAHEALTH Medical Group, formerly Southwest Primary Care and Centrepoint Medical has been serving its patients since 1992.

All of our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and are tested every seven years by the Board to assure they remain up to date on the latest in medical diagnosis and treatments. Our physicians are assisted by board certified Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and a high quality support staff.

TIENAHEALTH also provides weight management, dietary counseling, and diabetes education services through its affiliation with the TIENAHEALTH Lifestyle Center. We care for a range of needs and work with high quality specialists if necessary to coordinate your care.
