West I-635 to Highway 161 South
Exit Las Colinas Blvd and go South on Highway 161 access road
Enter the TIENAHEALTH parking lot from the Highway 161 access road
From 635 Fort Worth:
If you are coming from Fort Worth
East I-635
Exit and turn right onto MacArthur Blvd
Turn left on to Highway 161 service road
Turn into our parking lot

Exit Highway 161 North
Exit MacARthur Blvd and stay on the Highway 161 access road

DIRECTIONS:
From I635 (3rd exit east of DFW airport):
Take beltline exit and go north. The name of the street changes to Denton
Tap. Continue north until Sandy Lake Road. Turn right (east) on Sandy Lake
Road. The office will be on your left at the corner of Sandy Lake and Moore.
From I35E:
Take Sandy Lake Road exit and go West on Sandy Lake Road. The office will be
on your right at the corner of Sandy Lake Road and Moore.
From Lewisville – Round Grove Road:
Go south on MacArthur , turn right on Sandy Lake Road. The office will be on
your right at the corner of Sandy Lake Road and Moore.
From Grapevine:
Take 121 North to Sandy Lake Road and go right (East). Follow Sandy Lake Road
into Coppell. Stay on it until you reach Moore Road. The office will be on
your right on the corner of Sandy Lake Road and Moore.
